Presents: Let My Skin Breathe

Antoine Coppi is a young free-lance dancer\performer based to Brussels. He began his professional training at Maison Bejart, then continued his studies at Palucca Dance University to Dresden and then in Amsterdam where he graduated from the Academy of Arts, in the Modern Dance Theater department. He was then accepted to the "young talent program" of the Scapino Ballet company in Rotterdam. The combination of all these different studies and professional experience allowed him to evolve into a versatile dancer and maker.

At FuoriFestival, Antoine presents Let my skin Breathe.

I think about how it would be,

Not to be me.

Somewhere it could exist,

Somewhere I could grasp it.

It is like balancing;

Where my blood sings,

Where my skin dances,

Where my mind rests.

I need to slow down,

My own mind,

Which won't ever forget,

The memory of my skin.

STEVE PEPE

Steve Pepe debuted in 2018 on Hivern Disc with a mini LP (Modern Dance); to followed by a double album on Macadam Mambo in 2020, a third on Insideout Records (Living Diagonally) and several compilations. In live performance he presents a singular approach to mixing genres and styles. It is tribal, mental, powerful, full of strange electronic sounds, all in a very cinematic form to take us on a real dramatic journey.
