FUOCO: Restituzione del progetto Laboratorio Multidisciplinare
Kakofonico, Matteo Coffetti, Francesca Cornacchini e Giorgio Funaro
In a sense, science has almost completely ignored the primordial problem posed to the primitive soul by the phenomena of fire, relegating it to the prescientific spirit. Perhaps this is because after all, fire is not a natural element like any other but more closely resembles a social being. Fire is a monotonous and brilliant phenomenon if one thinks of the slow and regular flame of the fireplace on the other hand, however, it can also be destructive and eruptive. Nothing is as ephemeral as a fire and at the same time capable of giving you a lesson in eternity.
The artists involved in the multidisciplinary experience, along with the researchers, will gather in the studio seeking inspiration for the creation of something in which the element of fire will be central and connected to the location of Meeting Point in Spoleto, an area where the workshop will be held.
The main actors of the journey will compare their knowledge and visions: musically with Kakofonico and Matteo Coffetti (artists of Pho Bho records who together form Ninja Exotic Machine), "scenographically" with Francesca Cornacchini (artist class of 1991 present in the review with a site-specific installation) and with the illuministic contribution of Giorgio Funaro (talented light & motion designer).
The results of the trail will be presented on June 29 as part of the festival programming, anticipated from a collective walk to explore the area together with the researchers and CAI.
Appointment at 9 p.m. at the Meeting Point
