SOGNI VICARI

Created as a tribute to Antonio Tabucchi, Pina Sambugaro's book takes up the ideational scheme of Dreams of Dream s and, through the fiction of the dream dream dreamed, illustrates the essential nodes of thought, ofopera, of some essential moments of the compositional path of some great Masters of Western Literature, according to a vision that, to in turn, cannot but be filtered by the "second literature" that today comes between us and the Author. The result is a play of mirrors that, through multiple references - offered to the Reader as clues, from recognize and interpret - return to life foundational figures of our consciousness as contemporaries. Sogni vicari is book that offers itself to a non-in-mediated reading: but, having dissolved the enigmas, nothing will prove more necessary than each of the words of which each dream is composed. Sogni vicari is the first of the Quaderni del Liceo "Pontano Sansi Leonardi" of Spoleto and opens a series open to contributions from young Scholars and Researchers active in the fields of Literature, Art, Mathematics, and Science. The Reading is accompanied by the Video and visual interventions made from Giorgio Flamini inside the spaces of Palazzo Toni (cloister, atrium, Hall of Honor, external stairs, Astronomical Observatory and Dome) and, outside Palazzo Toni, on the facades of the buildings that close Piazza Carducci, transformed into a kind of theatrical backdrop to benefit of the public. The video collects and treats images placed in open consonance with Pina Sambugaro's text, the meanings of which accompany and enrich it: thus images of Velasquez's Las Meninas flow, in the countless Picasso shots, while the faces of Borges, Tabucchi and Picasso recall the tutelary deities from from which the text takes its start.PINA SAMBUGARO
Pina Sambugaro is a Lecturer of Latin and Italian at the Liceo "Pontano Sansi Leonardi" in Spoleto. She has held and holds organizational roles (Instrumental Function for the Educational Offer Plan, Head of the Humanities Department, Collaborator of the School Headmaster). As a Lecturer to contract, he has collaborated with the University of Florence, Faculty of Humanities and the University of Perugia, Faculty of Humanities.

GIORGIO FLAMINI

Giorgio Flamini is an Architect and Lecturer of Scenotechnical Design at the Liceo Artistico in Spoleto. His recent productions include the theatrical performance Affettività Patetiche, created at the Spoleto House of Detention.
