After ten years apart, two artists from a contemporary theater collective meet to realize a commissioned project from one of the most influential groups of scientists in the global debate on pollution from microplastics. One of the most urgent and uncomfortable topics of the moment, an issue that is perhaps artistically avoidable but nonetheless socially imperative. MONDAY was conceived from Dynamis with the collaboration of a team of researchers from Enea as part of the LIFE Blue Lakes project, which is co-funded by the European Commission's LIFE Program. MONDAY is part of one of the project's actions that experiments with the use of theater and performing arts as new practices for raising awareness and communication on environmental issues.
