SIAE together with the Spoleto Festival of 2 Worlds to support youth and culture.

For the seventh year in a row, the Italian Society of Authors and Publishers is promoting within the Festival an award that since the last edition it has decided to give to individual categories. 2015 is the year of Theater with the "Prize for Creativity to the Theatrical Author," while in 2014 Music was awarded.

Roberto Cavosi, Emma Dante and Piero Maccarinelli are the members of the commission that will judge the texts of the young authors recommended from four of the major theater schools that have drama courses within them: Accademia Nazionale d'Arte Drammatica Silvio D'Amico in Rome; Civica Scuola di Teatro Paolo Grassi - Milan Foundation; Scuola Holden - Storytelling & Performing Arts in Turin; Scuola dei Mestieri Dello Spettacolo - Teatro Biondo in Palermo. The winner decreed to unquestionable judgment of the commission will receive a plaque and a cash award of 5,000 euros and will be able to perform a reading of their text during the Festival.
