MILANO CHE NON C' E' PIU'
A woman from Milan watches the evolution of her city, which is slowly changing and becoming alien to her. This woman is an actress, Adriana Asti: and it is she, with her voice and her "milanesity," to lead the viewer through this seemingly inextricable labyrinth full of suggestions. The world of Northern Italy, of the Lombard-Venetian civilization, or better yet, of the Milanese civilization, is composed through the testimonies, voices, sounds, noises, music, unlived and recounted moments, as if they were flashes or intervals, in a great labyrinth that Adriana Asti interprets and lives. Like a tourist and sentimental guide, she makes us rediscover a Milan that is not from drinking, but that still has the smell of fog and the forosetto charm of certain secret courtyards, of certain cobbled streets, of certain out-of-the-way churches.
