Locked in a Sarajevo hotel room that had housed him 20 years earlier, assailed by memories of the past, a man, "probably a writer," ponders to aloud. He has only two at to prepare a speech for the commemorations of the outbreak of war in 1914. One hundred years have passed since the great world conflict.
