Documentation Center of the Festival dei Due Mondi

INAUGURATION

Strongly desired by the Monini family and born from the collaboration between the homonymous Foundation,Foundation Festival dei Due Mondi and the Comune di Spoletothe Documentation Centre of the Festival dei Due Mondi has its "natural" location inside Casa Menotti, the historic building of Piazza Duomo where the Festival was born and where Maestro Gian Carlo Menotti lived, composed and hosted internationally renowned artists.

The Documentation Center, which stands as a sign of continuity between the past, present and future, houses all the carefully cataloged and digitized documentary, audio, video, photographic and printed materials related to the editions of the Festival from 1958 to the present.

Keeper of the historical memory of the Festival and Maestro Menotti, the Documentation Center, open to everyone, will allow a real journey through time and the arts thanks to the most advanced multimedia systems.
