Spoleto Festival Friends Award

The Spoleto Festival Friends Association continues to champion the Festival dei Due Mondi through a variety of initiatives, including an award that this year will be presented by President Ada Urbani to the renowned gymnast, dancer, choreographer, and director, Blanca Li. A protégé of Martha Graham, Li has graced stages around the world, exemplifying the fusion of diverse artistic disciplines and the power to drive transformative change. After mesmerizing the Festival audience with her virtual reality experience Le Bal de Paris, Blanca Li returns to Spoleto with her captivating performance of Didon et Énée.
