Can't miss a tribute to Chopin on the occasion of the bicentenary of his birth (1810-2010); the program is entrusted to the piano of one of the most appreciated interpreters of the great Polish composer's romantic repertoire. For the Spoleto Festival in the setting of the Teatro Romano the concert will have the characteristics of a unique event, as the pathos of light and video will be added to the magic of music to give the audience a memorable evening.

Program
Polonaise in A major, Op. 40, No. 1

2 Waltzes from op.34

No. 1 in A-flat major

No. 2 in A minor

3 Mazurkas, op. 59

No. 1 in A minor

No. 2 in A-flat major

No. 3 in F-sharp minor

Polonaise in F sharp minor, op. 44

2 Waltzes, op. 69 (opera posthumously)

No. 1 in A-flat major

No. 2 in B minor

4 Mazurkas, op. 33

No. 1 in G sharp minor

No. 2 in D major

No. 3 in C major

No. 4 in B minor

Polonaise in A-flat major, op. 53

Daniel Wnukowski
Born in 1981 to Windsor, Canada, as a pianist he studied at the Royal Conservatory of Music in Toronto, the Peabody Institute at John Hopkins University in Baltimore with Fleisher and the Warsaw Academy of Music with Paleczny.
