The basic idea ofIl Pianeta Redenta, also realized in collaboration with Parasite 2.0-a collective that investigates the state of the human habitat through a hybrid of architecture, design and art-is to show how it is possible, while respecting the environment, to create spaces of hospitality and welcome in undervalued places, reinterpreting the space with visual, installation and performance interventions declined specifically for the context in which it takes shape.

The partnership with Terraforma is part of the many initiatives that the Foundation Festival dei Due Mondi organizes or promotes to put environmental and social sustainability issues at the center of collective consciousness.

Terraforma, in fact, is an international music festival dedicated to artistic experimentation that since 2014 has been held in the woods of Villa Arconati, just outside Milan, which for its realization is inspired by the principles of sustainability by reducing environmental impact and using new sustainable materials for the construction of infrastructure. Within a large campsite with an ecological footprint, the artistic direction of Terraforma, from year to year involves innovators, forerunners, young and promising talents of the experimental music scene, who explore new approaches to reduce the distance between art and life.

The detailed program of Il Pianeta Redenta will be posted at www.festivaldispoleto.com.
