Also this year's main media partner of the Festival, the Republic, with an eye always on youth and the future, awards a young talent in the artistic field. Receiving the award is Eva Riccobono.

Born to Palermo, from Italian father and German mother, Eva Riccobono, at a very young age, became one of the most famous supermodels on the international scene, and then embarked on an acting career. On the small screen she made her debut in 2002, flanking Fiorello in the program "Stasera pago io." She made her film debut in 2008 to alongside Carlo Verdone in the comedy Big Big and Verdone. In 2013 she won the Ciak dʼOro as best supporting actress. At the same time she gets a Silver Ribbon nomination in the same category for the role of Simonetta in Marco Pontiʼs film Passione Sinistra. Also in 2013, she stars in Luigi Cecinelliʼs film Niente può fermarci (Nothing can stop us ) and is nominated Godmother of the 70th Venice Film Festival. In 2014 she is among the performers in Renato De Maria's new film La vita oscena. In 2016 she has a role from co-starring in the film La cena di Natale by Marco Ponti. In 2017 at Teatro Franco Parenti she stars in the show _Stasera si può entrare fuori _directed from Andrée Ruth Shammah. In 2018 she is Antonia in the Mediaset series "Made in Italy." She is on stage at the Festival in the play Knives in the Chickens by David Harrower.
