Refund arrangements - Inaugural concert

Spoleto, June 24, 2023 - to due to bad weather the Festival dei Due Mondi canceled last night's Opening Concert at Piazza Duomo. The organization and performers hoped until the very last that they would be able to get the concert started partly because of updates from the weather forecast that seemed to promise a passing disturbance. We thank all the audience, solo singers, conductor and orchestra for the patient wait. The arrival of the storm sealed the surrender with the safety shutdown of all sound and lighting systems. The staff proceeded to to notify to all the audience also personally of the cancellation of the concert. The Festival, however, continues and from this morning all scheduled events are underway, pending tonight's debut ofopera Pelléas et Mélisande at the Teatro Nuovo Gian Carlo Menotti. Audiences are entitled to refunds for tickets according to the procedures outlined below.

TICKET PURCHASED ONLINE (E-TICKET PDF) AND AT VIVATICKET‍ OUTLETS.

All those who have purchased on the ONLINE VIVATICKET circuit and/or through Vivaticket's affiliated outlets will be contacted in next days with the terms and all relevant information for requesting a refund.

FESTIVAL CALL CENTER AND TICKET OFFICES TO SPOLETO  

If you have an electronic ticket (pdf):

the refund request must be made no later than Monday, July 3, 2023, by emailing to biglietteria@festivaldispoleto.com, attaching the electronic tickets (pdf) purchased and including the following information:

- Buyer's First and Last Name

- Phone/Mobile phone

- Bank details to make the repayment (IBAN and account holder)

If you are in possession of a paper ticket:

the request for reimbursement must be made no later than Monday, July 3, 2023 at the ticket office of the Teatro Nuovo Gian Carlo Menotti in Spoleto, through the completion of the appropriate form (with the inclusion of one's bank details) and the return of the paper ticket.

In case of loss and/or theft of tickets, it will be necessary to file a corresponding report with details of the purchased tickets (buyer name, quantity, category and price).
