The Festival dei Due Mondi was honoured with the Medaglia del Presidente della Repubblica

The Festival dei Due Mondi was honoured with the Medaglia del Presidente della Repubblica Sergio Mattarella, a recognition conferred by the Head of State on initiatives deemed of cultural interest as an expression of his ideal participation in the event. The prestigious award is announce just before the inauguration of the event which opens, this year, in Piazza Duomo with the concert of the Budapest Festival Orchestra conducted by Iván Fischer.
